The Ambrette restaurant is a fine dining restaurant with a unique cuisine combining local produce with authentic spices. The Ambrette prides itself in offering the highest quality, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The ideal candidate will be dynamic with a problem solving attitude, a strong attention for detail and a good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP. Full time. 5 day week. 

KEY SKILLS 
Experience working in a fast paced fine dining establishment / Run a kitchen independently / Unmatched love and passion for food / Minimise food wastage / Grilling meats to order / Work with modern cooking techniques such as sou vide / Good food presentation skills / Looking after stock and maintaining FIFO / Ability to work under pressure.
